How do I enter the competition?
There are a few ways to enter our prize draws. The most popular way to enter is by purchasing tickets directly on the competition page.
Prefer not to buy a ticket? You can enter for free by post by following the instructions on the competition page. Every valid entry has the same chance of winning, no matter how you enter.
We also run special Community Builder Draws where entry is completely free. Bonus entries may be available through our newsletter.
Can I sell the prize if I don't want it?
If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. You can do whatever you wish with it, including selling it.
How do you use my personal data?
We need to use your data to administer competitions and award prizes. We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for administering a competition.
Full details are in our Privacy Policy. If you are the winner, we may need to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that the competition was administered fairly.
You can ask us to stop using your data at any time. If this happens before a competition closes, your entry will be withdrawn and entry fees are non-refundable.
What are the prizes?
Prizes are described on each competition page. You can browse current competitions here. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value if a prize becomes unavailable.
How long is the competition open for?
Opening and closing dates are shown on each competition page. If dates must change due to reasons outside our control, we will update the website accordingly.
If I win, do I have to participate in promotional exercises?
We may ask to use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce winners and for reasonable publicity. You can opt out by emailing support@example.com before the competition closes. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
How will I know if I have won?
We notify winners by telephone or email within 7 days of the competition closing date. If your contact details change before closing, please tell us. If we cannot contact you within 14 days of closing, we may select another winner.
Can anyone enter the competition?
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. We do not accept entries from outside these areas because competition laws differ by region. Our competitions are run under the laws of England and Wales.
How is the winner decided?
All eligible entries (paid and free) are entered into a randomised draw using a secure, independently verified random number generator. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

What happens if not enough tickets are sold?
We are committed to fair and transparent competitions. If a competition does not attract enough entries, we may cancel it and issue full refunds to all entrants.
